Chetana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from the prestigious Mumbai University and aMaster’s degree in Law (L.L.M) from Ajinkya D Y Patil University. She has also done PostGraduate Diploma in labour Laws &Labour Welfare &Human Resource Management from XLRI.She has a diverse professional experience of over two decades.

As a practicing lawyer, Chetana has around 12+ years of experience in drafting &handling Civil& Criminal matters. Apart from being a litigation lawyer, she is also known for the successfulrepresentation of her clients primarily in matters filed under the Insolvency & BankruptcyCode. Currently, she is working as a Partner at SKR & Associates, Mumbai.

She is also an Independent Director registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. Her goalis to assist companies in improving corporate credibility, governance standards and achievingprofitable growth.
